Noyes Collectables specializes in sports trading cards, collectible cards, sealed trading-card products, bundles, lots, and related collectibles.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph our products. However, images may appear differently depending on your device, screen, display settings, or other technical factors.

For individual trading cards, photographs and descriptions are intended to accurately represent the specific item being sold. Minor differences in color, lighting, image quality, or display may occur.

Trading cards are collectible items and their condition may be subject to individual interpretation. Unless otherwise stated in a listing, we do not guarantee a particular professional grading outcome, future market value, investment return, or resale value.

For sealed products, contents, configurations, inserts, parallels, autograph cards, memorabilia cards, and pull rates are determined by the manufacturer and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the manufacturer or in the product listing.

We reserve the right to change product descriptions, pricing, availability, and product offerings at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase the products in your order.

Noyes Collectables LLC reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, inventory errors, suspected fraudulent activity, duplicate orders, or other circumstances that may require cancellation.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed and confirmed at checkout.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Noyes Collectables LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

SECTION 6 - COLLECTIBLE CARD CONDITION AND VALUE

Trading cards are collectible items whose condition and market value may vary.

Noyes Collectables LLC does not guarantee that a card will achieve a particular professional grading result or that a card will increase or maintain its market value.

For raw/ungraded cards, any condition information provided in the listing represents our assessment based on the item and information reasonably available to us.

For professionally graded cards, the grade assigned by the applicable grading company is part of the item being sold.

Market prices for collectible cards may change after purchase. Changes in market value do not constitute a defect in the product and do not create a right to a refund or return.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included in or made available through the Services, including our business name, logos, graphics, original photographs, written content, designs, videos, and other original materials, is owned by Noyes Collectables LLC or used with appropriate permission and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or otherwise use our original content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

All third-party trademarks, brands, team names, league names, manufacturer names, product names, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
